A simple dish you can make with leftover rice!

Ingredients

1/8 carrot
1/8 onion
¼ bell pepper
100 ml milk
1 tbsp mentsuyu
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste

160 g cooked rice*

1 slice cheese
